Brief Description

'A' frame rucksack with blue top. Rope drawstring with plastic toggle. Leather straps and metal buckles. Three pockets, large one in middle with two on either side. Bamboo frame. Yellow felt lining on shoulder straps.

Provenance

This lovely little rucksack was donated by Paul MacLeod of Roy Bridge on behalf of his wife. It's a bit of a curiosity as the absence of any markings, and the general look of it, indicate that it's home made - it's beautifully done whatever and we suspect dated around 1950/1960.
