Brief Description

Orange hessian camp bed. Folds into five parts. Wooden frame and six legs all attached to canvas bed. Metal hinges. Two separate poles . Nine patterned canvas straps crossing below hessian bed. Long hessian strap for tying and hessian loop for carrying.

Yvonne and David Cleever were prime movers in the Watford Mission Church during the 1960's when it was common practice to take youth groups out on annual camps. This camp bed was used during those camps and was subsequently donated to our collection.
