Brief Description

Allanter Alp 7000 Gas camping stove and empty canister. Potholder and stand joined together by metal bolt. Screw for gas canister is attached by rubber tubing. Metal brackets round canister with screw top for attaching tube.

We're told that this wee fella is an Allanter Leisure Products, ALP 7000 gas stove, though since there are no markings on it and the few pictures available on the internet show slightly different versions we can't be 100% sure - maybe someone will send us a nice catalogue with a picture to keep us right.
Seems that these stoves were sold through Vango around the 1970's and Mick Tighe bought this one and used it as a lightweight bivouac stove about that time though he got fed up waiting for the water to boil so bought something with a bit more oomph!
