Reference

Donald was supplied with these skis due to heavy snowfalls in Corrour in the 30's. He used them to go about his duties and to take food supplies to his family in Strathossian House. Donald also worked at Aberarder Lodge (now the Creag Meagaidh Nature Reserve)
