After many years of puzzling, we have finally worked out the difference between the Troll MK5 harness and the MK 6 - the inclusion of the original instruction leaflet which comes with this one has certainly helped in solving the problem.
Dating from around 1983/4 this Troll Mark 6 is in mint condition and does not appear to have been used. It was kindly donated by Dr David Gillespie in Penicuik.
Still going strong in 2017, Troll were one of the first companies to embrace the new webbing technology of the 1960's. You will find an MK 5 version elsewhere in the collection along with various other Troll products including an illustrious Troll Whillans Harness.
