Spirit stove with brass fuel tank.

We can’t find any markings on this wee stove though it looks very similar to the Turm which we already have in the collection...see picture opposite...with the main difference being the fine little brass fuel tank on this one which definitely wins on the visual effect.
The ‘spirit’ referred to in this type of stove is normally wood alcohol or more usually in the UK, methylated spirit, which is gravity fed to the burner; simple and efficient though not super hot.
Mick Tighe acquired this wee gem in a place called Henningsvaer in the Lofoten Islands of Norway.
