Troll were one of the first companies in the UK to capitalise on the creation of nylon webbing in the 1960’s. They produced a succession of climbing belts and harnesses including, probably the best known of all, the Whillans.
We get a little bit confused with the various models/ marks of Troll harnesses. You will find an MK5 and an MK6 elsewhere in the collection. This one seems to be a two piece sit harness as shown in the 1976 Nevisport catalogue opposite.
Not sure if there’s an MK 1-4 but this will fit in somewhere.
